Captain of the Tiny Bubbles III is Dave Rommell -- a 3rd generation captain. Having been deckhand on the Bubbles since the age of 11, Dave purchased the boat from his father, Capt. Robert, in 2002 after completion of his captains license course through the U.S. Coast Guard. Though Capt. Robert has handed over the business aspect, you will often find him working the deck or manning the wheel along with Capt. Dave throughout the summer.
